Help & FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most. Pick a topic below — each one walks you through it step by step.
Is Radijo free?
Yes. Radijo is free to download and free to use, with no ads and no subscription. Every station in the catalogue plays without a paywall, on the phone and in the car. The app is made by Dream Agency in Zagreb, and nothing in it is locked behind a paid tier.
Do I need an account to use Radijo?
No. Radijo has no accounts and never asks for an e-mail or password. Your favourites, liked songs and listening history belong to a device ID the app creates on first launch. To keep them when you change phones, copy that ID and import it on the new installation.
Move your favourites to a new phone →Does Radijo work with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. Radijo is built for the car first. On CarPlay and Android Auto you browse Favourites, Hot, Genres and Countries with an A–Z index strip, see artist artwork on Now Playing, and like a station or song from the wheel, without picking up your phone.
Which radio stations can I listen to on Radijo?
Radijo has a catalogue with a strong Croatian and regional selection alongside world stations, curated and monitored by the Radijo team. In the app you browse it by Genres or Countries, save stations to Favourites, or open Hot for the popular picks, both on your phone and on the car screen.
How do I move my favourites to a new phone?
Copy your device ID on the old phone by pressing and holding the radijo logo on the Home tab. Install Radijo on the new phone, tap Import Device ID on the welcome screen and paste the code. Your favourite stations, liked songs and listening history come with it.
Step-by-step guide →How do I report a bug in Radijo?
Report it from inside the app. On the Home tab, tap the radijo logo five times quickly to open the Debug Menu, then choose Report a Problem. Pick Bug, Crash or Feedback, describe what happened and, for playback or car problems, include the log files before you submit.
